ADS2000

ADS-2000 is a very portable modular system that allows field configuration.

 

 

 

 

 

Characteristics

  • up to 32 channels (compact polyurethane cabinet) or 64 channels (metal case);
  • up to 3 ADS2000 operating synchronously;
  • configurable signal conditioners, depending on the model the configuration is made completely by software, a combination of software and dip switches or completely by switches and jumpers. Sensors that can be conditioned are: strain gages, voltage and current sensors, Pt100, ICP type accelerometers, strain gage based sensors.
  • 2 models of conditioner support zeroing and balancing of bridges by software;
  • up to 100 m of distance between equipment and computer using CAT5 twisted copper cable. Distance can be increased using standard technology available for Ethernet.
  • 16 bit AD converter (14 bits no missing code);
  • multiplexed input;
  • up to 80.000 samples/ s (depends on quantities and type of input) total, with continuous streaming to disk.
  • six pulse input (optional) for counting, period or frequency measurement. Maximum frequency for input signal: 200 kHz.

IP (Ethernet) communicationAn important feature in ADS2000 series is the Ethernet communication with UDP/IP protocol that allows the use of any computer with network interface and IP protocol.

Ethernet communication comes with standardization and multiple midia choices: copper, optical fiber and wireless.

 

Easy to use in the field Lightweight and compact.

Connect the sensors and start acquisition. With screw connectors it is easy to make cable connection in the field.

 

AI2161 conditioner

Signal conditioner switch (input type, gain range) program configurable (gain inside range, filters, bridge balance and shunt cal).

Conditions signals from resistive bridge sensors (srain gages, sensors), thermocouples 4 to 20 mA, voltage, Pt100, piezo-resistive accelerometers, IEP sensors (embeded charge amplifiers).

AI2164 conditioner

Signal conditioner program configurable (input type, gain, filters, bridge excitation, balance and shunt cal).

Conditions signals from resistive bridge sensors (srain gages, sensors), thermocouples 4 to 20 mA, voltage, Pt100, piezo-resistive accelerometers, IEP sensors (embeded charge amplifiers).

AI2080 conditioner Galvanically isolated signal conditioner.

Up to 500 Vac insulation between inputs and to rest of circuit.
