Characteristics

(VC – Basic version )

• 8 or 16 channels with intrumentation amplifiers with programmable gain from x1 to x5,000, with 3 fixed ranges at input (x1, x10, x100, selectable with DIP switches) followed by a gain stage with continuos adjust from 1 to x500;
• gain and offset calibrated at factory with a precision better than 0.5% for all scales.
• input type configured by DIP switch: potentiometric sensors, thermocouples, voltage (from ± 2mV to ±10V) and current (up to ±40mA).
• 2nd order low pass Butterworth filter with cut off frequency of 5Hz, 20Hz, 100Hz, 200Hz and 2kHz, software selectable;
• 1st order high pas filter at 0.1 Hz, selectable by jumper;
• cold junction sensor included (±2oC precision);

(VB – Wheatstone Bridge support)

• All features of AI2161-VC;
• input configuration by DIP switch: resistive Wheatstone bridge sensor (full, ½ e ¼ de ponte) plus Pt100 sensors, and all input types of AI2161-VC;
• zero adjust upt to ±200mV, balance adjust up to ±12mV/V (Wheatstone bridge), software controlled;
• independent short circuit protected DC excitation (up to 50mA), voltage selectable by jumper: 250mV, 500mV, 750mV, 2.50V, 5.00V and 7.50V.
• auto-zeroing and auto-balance for bridge sensors;
• shunt cal insertion controlled by software;
